Within the Simplicity CMS system, every page uses search engine safe URLs', made up from the domain name, a unique path, and the section title.
This method helps you to use your keywords in one of the most important places - the URL - and is a major reason for Simplicity's outstanding performance with search engines.
If a section is renamed, the system automatically creates a redirect from the old to the new, allowing the search engine to update its index, and the page to retain its Google PageRank.
The same system, incidentally, redirects the visitor to the new page, even if the old title is book-marked.
